The masterplan for the 302,473 m² Zan Waterfront site in Jazan is in development, and every published figure remains a target. This is the stage where the destination's fundamentals take shape — each milestone that follows will be recorded here when it happens, not before.

In June 2026 Zan launched its investment portal and Insights library in Arabic, English and Chinese — putting the regulatory picture and market analysis in the investor's own language, in one place, before any decision is asked of them.

On 25 June 2026 Zan published its trilingual reference guide to Law M/14, setting out the official rules in one clear sequence — so an investor can read the framework in their own language and verify it for themselves.

On 23 June 2026 the Council of Ministers approved the executive regulations and the geographic zones for Law M/14 — moving the law from general principle to applicable rules.
